Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own the final deliverables created specifically for your project
• We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, templates, or code libraries
• We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and with reasonable care. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business results or search engine rankings
• We are not responsible for content you provide
• Third-party services and plugins are subject to their own terms

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

• You pay for work completed to date
• We deliver work completed upon payment
• Deposits are non-refundable

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
